The entrance is at the front of the house and leads into a small living room with a traditional fireplace. The living room gives access to 3 bedrooms and the living kitchen. From the living kitchen, there is a spacious family bathroom with a shower and an indoor garage; there is also a second spacious garage and a covered BBQ, a stone shed, and a small 'dipper' pool that can easily be converted into a jacuzzi.

At the back of the finca, there are views of the vineyards, olive groves, almond orchards, and the mountains that characterize the area. There is plenty of space to create a pool, terrace, and garden as desired.

The finca is connected to irrigation water with its own water meter, and electricity is obtained through four (new) solar panels and 12 batteries. For permanent residence, it is advisable to expand the solar panels and replace the batteries with lithium batteries for more capacity. For internet access, the best connection in the countryside is via StarLink.

The owner uses the finca as a weekend and holiday home. It is habitable but needs renovation/moderation. The amount of land makes it possible to apply for a license to build more as desired.

Dependiendo de la cosecha, el rendimiento del viñedo varía cada año entre 5.000 y 10.000 euros. El viñedo se encuentra a 500 metros de la casa y el olivar a 100 metros. Si está interesado, podemos proporcionarle la información catastral.

La entrada se encuentra en la parte delantera de la casa y da acceso a una pequeña sala de estar con una chimenea tradicional. La sala de estar da acceso a 3 dormitorios y a la cocina-comedor. Desde la cocina-comedor se accede a un amplio cuarto de baño familiar con ducha y a un garaje interior; también hay un segundo garaje espacioso y una barbacoa cubierta, un cobertizo de piedra y una pequeña piscina que se puede convertir fácilmente en un jacuzzi.

En la parte trasera de la finca hay vistas a las viñas, olivares, almendros y montañas que caracterizan la zona. Hay mucho espacio para crear una piscina, terraza y jardín según se desee.

La finca está conectada al agua de riego con su propio contador de agua, y la electricidad se obtiene a través de cuatro paneles solares (nuevos) y 12 baterías. Para una residencia permanente, es recomendable ampliar los paneles solares y sustituir las baterías por baterías de litio para obtener más capacidad. Para el acceso a Internet, la mejor conexión en el campo es a través de StarLink.

El propietario utiliza la finca como casa de fin de semana y vacaciones. Es habitable, pero necesita reformas/modificaciones. La superficie del terreno permite solicitar una licencia para construir más según se desee.
