From the living kitchen, there is a spacious family bathroom with a shower and an indoor garage; there is also a second spacious garage and a covered BBQ, a stone shed, and a small 'dipper' pool that can easily be converted into a jacuzzi.
At the back of the finca, there are views of the vineyards, olive groves, almond orchards, and the mountains that characterize the area. There is plenty of space to create a pool, terrace, and garden as desired.
The finca is connected to irrigation water with its own water meter, and electricity is obtained through four (new) solar panels and 12 batteries. For permanent residence, it is advisable to expand the solar panels and replace the batteries with lithium batteries for more capacity. For internet access, the best connection in the countryside is via StarLink.
The owner uses the finca as a weekend and holiday home. It is habitable but needs renovation/moderation. The amount of land makes it possible to apply for a license to build more as desired.
